Hi! I am a NY state Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I graduated with a Master's degree from Adelphi University in 2018 and immediately started my career. I do my best to help my clients feel comfortable, supported, understood and confident while in a nonjudgmental environment.
I approach my sessions with a human centered, nonjudgmental approach. I often utilize CBT, DBT, ACT and ERP in my sessions to help clients with anxiety, OCD, depression and other issues that life throws at us! I try to be the filter that many of us feel that we are missing in this life.
I try to make first sessions easy, supportive, sometimes fun and I do my best to be and stay approachable, down to earth and I remind clients that I am a human, too!
