Great to meet you!

"Nothing dims the light that shines from within"

Lindsay Hafner LPC, received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kean University and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Lindsay has years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with a wide range of emotional difficulties and behavioral concerns.

My approach to therapy

Lindsay is passionate about collaborating with clients in a warm and safe environment free of judgment so that they can work through problems, and process pain from their past. Together, they will identify personal strengths and motivating factors in order to facilitate positive change. Since people are not “one size fits all,” Lindsay uses several modalities during therapy in order to customize treatment for each and every client and adapt as needed based on their feedback.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take new insights, education, and heightened awareness when they leave sessions. Together, we can look at things from a new perspective and create lasting change.
