Great to meet you!

My passion is helping you grow by reconnecting with your own internal wisdom. As a clinician, a parent, and a fellow human navigating a fast-paced world, I deeply understand how exhausting it can be to balance life's heavy expectations while trying to find space for your own healing and peace. My role is to work in collaboration with you to co-create a safe, compassionate space where you are empowered to guide your own healing at a pace that feels grounded and right for you.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor, Certified Yoga Therapist, and EMDR trained. I received my master's degree in International Disaster Psychology from the University of Denver, and my experience spans community mental health, private practice, the criminal justice system, and working with asylum seekers.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and deeply integrative. My goal is to create an inclusive space where you feel truly seen and empowered in your healing journey. Coming from a lens of curiosity and connection, I tailor our work to meet your individual needs by combining evidence-based and somatic practices. We can incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic skills to help regulate your nervous system and build practical tools for everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is centered around cultivating a safe space to meet you where you are and move entirely at your pace. This is a collaborative process designed to help us explore what brings you to therapy and clarify your personal goals. Together, we will start creating a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, giving you a clear sense of direction for our work together.
