Great to meet you!

As a professional counselor, whether connecting virtually or in person, my foremost priority is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. I strive to foster a collaborative relationship built on trust, empathy, and mutual respect, recognizing that the therapeutic journey is a partnership between myself and my clients. I am passionate about helping clients navigate life's challenges, overcome obstacles, and discover their strengths and resilience. The clientele I have the most experience with are women and adolescences ages 9-18.

I am dedicated to the belief that every individual is unique and deserving of a personalized approach to therapy. Embracing an eclectic perspective, I recognize that no single therapeutic method fits all, and therefore, I am committed to tailoring my approach to suit the specific needs, goals, and personalities of each client.

Above all, I am committed to fostering a supportive and empowering therapeutic environment where clients can embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal transformation. It is a privilege to accompany individuals on their path towards greater self-awareness, fulfillment, and well-being, and I would be honored to be a part of your journey.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients by establishing a strong, trusting foundation to encourage healing and honesty.
