Great to meet you!

I recognize the unique life adjustments that present themselves to young adults. My clients are often managing big life transitions including choosing/adjusting to/managing stress at college, grad school, a new career, moving, or changing relationships. They have a desire for better boundaries and communication with their families, friends and partners. I help my clients create a foundation of communication and self-awareness.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is more impactful when clients feel safe and understood. My clients are insightful and want to work towards growth through clarity and self-awareness. I help them do this by creating a non-judgmental space in which my clients feel comfortable no matter what they are bringing to session.

What you can expect from me

For in-person sessions my clients often take their shoes off, grab a blanket and get comfy. I encourage telehealth clients to do the same in their own homes. I believe that what we often find the most challenging about ourselves, what we dislike or think is "bad," can also be our greatest gift. It is important to understand how traits and behaviors have both light and shadow and through this understanding we can work towards balance and self-regulation.
