Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with teenagers, adults, and couples who may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck. I believe every person’s experiences are unique, and I strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on meeting you where you are. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected. We’ll work together to understand the challenges you’re facing, identify what is most important to you, and develop practical ways to move forward. I encourage open communication and believe you should have an active voice in your own therapeutic journey. My goal is to help you feel supported while building the insight, confidence, and skills to create positive change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a comfortable, welcoming environment where you have space to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the experience. We’ll discuss your concerns, goals, and what you feel is most important to work on. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together moving forward.
