Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate seasons of change, healing, and growth. I have spent the last several years supporting clients through anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, and life transitions. I have a background in social work, which has given me the privilege of working with people from all walks of life and the ability to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and understood. I am trained in evidence-based modalities, such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Interventions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to be honest. I balance empathy with a touch of directness, offering both a soft landing and meaningful guidance.

I integrate practical tools that will help you manage the symptoms while we dive into the deeper work that helps you understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with your most authentic self. We will move at your pace, while using a gentle and solution-focused approach to help you explore thoughts/feelings/behaviors without judgement.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to be able to leave the first session feeling relieved, grounded, and hopeful. We will discuss what is bringing you in, what goals you have for therapy, your history, and your current feelings/concerns along with any questions you have for me. You do not have to have it all figured out, you do not even have to know what you want to discuss or work through. Reaching out and showing up is the first step to taking care of you.
