Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Lindsay, a Licensed and Board-Certified Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT, ATR-BC). I’m trained in both talk therapy and art therapy, and I work with adults navigating grief, burnout, life transitions, and feeling overwhelmed by everything they’re carrying. My work is grounded in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, and I support clients in reconnecting with themselves in a way that feels steady and sustainable. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to hold everything on your own.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, warm, and collaborative. I draw from both talk therapy and creative approaches, along with mindfulness and somatic awareness, depending on what feels most helpful for you. No art experience is needed. I focus on the connection between mind and body, and how your experiences, identity, and environment shape your emotional world. Rather than rushing to "fix" things, we work at your pace to build clarity, emotional capacity, and a stronger sense of self.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you in. You don’t need to have everything figured out, we’ll take things step by step. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, what kind of support you’re looking for, and share more about how I work. My goal is for you to leave feeling more grounded and clear about what working together could look like.
