I specialize in using a strengths-based, evidenced-based and creative techniques alongside talk therapy, to navigate trauma, depression, anxiety, moods, unhealthy attachments, etc. I am a professionally trained EMDR therapist working towards certification, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Informed approaches.
