Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lindsay Mantin, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey and registered yoga teacher. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My background includes community mental health, family therapy, geriatric care, and clinical leadership. I also support parents and caregivers who want to better understand their children’s needs and respond with greater confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, somatic approaches, and IFS- and EMDR-informed interventions. My style is compassionate, direct, and engaged, with room for humor and honest conversation. Together, we’ll consider both what you’re experiencing and how it shows up in your body, relationships, and daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll take some time to explore what's bringing you into therapy. We’ll move at a pace that respects you while making space for meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, parenting challenges, or a life transition, you’re welcome to reach out and explore whether we’re a good fit.
