Great to meet you!

I have a strong nursing background with experience in ICU settings as well as both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry. I’ve also worked in adolescent behavioral/mental health residential programs, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of mental health across different stages of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is straightforward, supportive, and judgment-free. I focus on treating the whole person, not just symptoms, and I want my patients to feel comfortable, heard, and supported. Mental health can be complex, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach — sometimes we all need extra support, and I’m grateful to be able to help both children and adults work toward a better quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Most importantly, you can expect to feel heard, respected, and supported. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health, and my goal is to create a comfortable space where we can work together toward meaningful improvement and a better quality of life.
