Great to meet you!

Hello my name is Lindsay and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Trauma Professional. I have been in the field of mental health for 15 years and I have dedicated my career to helping others achieve their goals. I work with a variety of individuals and families who want to recover from what impacts them the most from anxiety or depression to trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach with clients starts with building a therapeutic relationship and understanding their goals. I allow the clients to lead the discussion and process the information with them while helping the client find a solution.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be focused on building a therapeutic relationship and getting to know each other. Therapy can be scary or awkward but don't worry I've done a first session a thousand times. We will complete paperwork and assessments to find out what is best for you and your treatment.
