Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in 2018. I’ve been working in the social work field since 2015, and my passion is helping people navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical tools for change.

My approach to therapy

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in outpatient mental health settings, substance abuse treatment programs, correctional facilities, and hospice care—experiences that have given me a deep appreciation for the resilience of the human spirit and the many ways healing can happen. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. I use evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to help clients build resilience, gain clarity, and develop skills that last beyond our time together.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward your goals.
