I am a licensed clinical psychologist currently serving clients located throughout Virginia. With over 10 years of experience in delivering mental health, I currently focus on sleep issues, depression, and couples therapy.

In a collaborative therapeutic relationship, we will pursue your mental health recovery goals through the implementation of scientifically proven treatments that will honor your unique set of personal values, cultural identity and spirituality. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for insomnia. With years of experience helping individuals overcome insomnia, I have supported many clients in achieving lasting, restorative sleep—without relying on medication. CBT-I has one of the highest success rates in mental health care, and I tailor this proven approach to fit each client’s unique needs and lifestyle.
