Great to meet you!

I have worked in the mental health field since 2010 and bring a diverse background in psychology, nursing, and advanced psychiatric care. I earned my Master’s degree in Nursing and completed post-master’s training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My approach to care goes beyond traditional “medication management.” I take an integrative, patient-centered approach that incorporates solution-focused therapy techniques to support meaningful and lasting personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I strongly value lifelong learning and continually pursue advanced education and certifications. I am currently working toward my Perinatal Mental Health certification, an area I am especially passionate about as I support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and other important life transitions.
