Great to meet you!

Hi and welcome to the beginning of your well-being journey! As you travel along this road, having the right therapist will be one of your greatest assets. Let's figure out if you and I will be a great team. Do you desire fulfilling relationships, joy, peace or freedom? Are you seeking emotional healing or help in retraining your thoughts? Are you a self-starter who’s ready to take action and put in the hard work of personal growth? Perhaps you’re a high-functioning anxious person.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Maybe you’ve struggled with depression or a sexual trauma. If so, chances are, we could be a great match. My main clientele are young women ages 14 to 34. If that’s you and you’re experiencing any array of life's challenges such as loneliness, sadness, anxiety or perfectionism, then I may be able to help you. Specifically, I am trained in teaching DBT skills to teens and their families. I also provide unconditional support through a person centered approach.

What you can expect from our first session

If it sounds like I'm speaking to you, then I’d love to help you finally find some relief and healing. If you agree to be open minded, trust the therapy process, and do the work, then I believe we can do this together. In your first session, we will explore what brought you into therapy and what you expect to get out of it. Together we will set clear goals that can help you measure your progress along the way.
