Hi and welcome to the beginning of your well-being journey! As you travel along this road, having the right therapist will be one of your greatest assets. Maybe you’ve struggled with depression or a sexual trauma. If so, chances are, we could be a great match. My main clientele are young women ages 14 to 34. If that’s you and you’re experiencing any array of life's challenges such as loneliness, sadness, anxiety or perfectionism, then I may be able to help you. Specifically, I am trained in teaching DBT skills to teens and their families. I also provide unconditional support through a person centered approach.
