Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm glad you're here. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I commend you on your courage to take the important next steps. My passion is helping clients heal from their hurt, reach their goals, and improve their quality of life. I have worked with clients from all different backgrounds, cultures, and ages who've struggled with depression, anxiety, shame, fear-based thinking, anger, behavioral issues, ineffective communication, grief, and relationship problems.

My approach to therapy

I like to create a relaxing environment so clients feel comfortable sharing. My approach to therapy is flexible based on what my clients prefer and what their needs are. I encourage feedback from clients about what styles work best for them and then tailor our conversations based on that information. Previous clients have said that they appreciate my balance of being direct, warm, engaging, easy to talk to, humorous, and empathic. It is an honor for me to walk alongside my clients in their journeys to healing and see their growth.

What you can expect from me

My hope is to create a supportive and welcoming space for you to feel heard and discuss whatever you need. I focus on helping my clients reach their goals quickly in tangible ways so that they can get the most of out of therapy. That may include examining how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors impact mental health and focusing on building coping skills for issues that have been making life difficult for you.
