Great to meet you!

I am a clinical & school psychologist who is fully committed to helping you and/or your family meet your fullest potential. I received a Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Psychology at NYU followed by a Master’s in Therapeutic Interventions and my doctorate at Fordham University. My priority is to collaboratively empower all individuals to evolve into their best self in relationships, school, career and any other area(s) they would like to function their best in.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Working with me is an integrative process where I incorporate my knowledge and skills from CBT, behavioral therapy, DBT and overall mindfulness. My method is not a one-size-fits all. Depending on your personality/goals/wants & needs, we will craft a therapy that is favorable to your goals! We will build a beautiful rapport where you feel safe in our shared therapeutic space.

What you can expect from our first session

I have always wanted to assist others, which led me into the field of psychology. After two decades submersed in this field, I can confidently attest that our therapeutic relationship will be meaningful, insightful and produce measurable outcomes based on continually evolving goals. With a sense of humor and individual approach, we will make significant strides personal to you and/or your family.
