I am a National Board Certified Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II and Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional. I hold full membership with WPATH. I have worked in the mental health field for over 18 years.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic lens is person centered and action oriented. I am a collaborative and goal focused clinician who understands you are the expertise of your life. I will assist and objectively guide you through interpersonal changes. I believe in love, acceptance, equality, kindness, respect and the power of finding your authentic self. My goal is to assist in working towards healing and emotional wellness and regaining a new perspective on life.
