About Me

Carol Burnett once said, "Only I can change my life. No one can change it for me." I firmly believe that each of us has the capability to make changes in our lives to be a better, happier, and more capable version of ourselves. Therapy is about working together to find this version - whether it be changing one's thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, or ideas to overcome issues that might involve trauma, fractured relationships or negative life experiences.

I specialize in working with adults and couples struggling with trauma/PTSD, relationship issues, and depression/anxiety. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing and Narrative Therapy.

With over 10 years in the community mental health arena - I have seen almost all! I consider myself open, honest, empathetic and engaging - creating the space that you need to start your journey towards change and overall wellness. I look forward to meeting with you.
