Great to meet you!

Feeling stuck in your head? Trying to break a cycle you just can't seem to get out of? Maybe you're navigating relationship issues, feeling lost in a major life transition, or struggling to find your footing again.

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, I know how exhausting it can be to keep pushing forward when you're running on empty.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My own experience with therapy has shaped my passion for helping others navigate their struggles. I bring a down-to-earth, compassionate, and authentic approach to helping you reconnect with yourself and move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is personable, collaborative, and genuine. I want you to feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are, without fear of judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.

I incorporate evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and mindfulness. And if that sounds like alphabet soup, don't worry! I'll meet you where you're at and tailor our work to what feels most helpful for you.

Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, work through difficult emotions, and develop tangible coping skills you can actually use outside of our sessions. My goal is to help you not only understand yourself better but also feel more equipped to navigate life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

Finding a therapist can feel a lot like dating—it's all about finding the right match! Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, talk about what's bringing you to therapy, and explore what you'd like to work toward.

You don't need to have all the answers or even know where to begin. I'll guide the conversation, ask questions, and create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can share at your own pace.

I believe the connection between a therapist and client is one of the most important parts of therapy. Whether you've been to therapy before or you're just starting to explore the idea, my goal is for you to leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about what's ahead.
