Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Lindsay Shelton and welcome! I have been working in the mental health field since 2017. I started my mental health journey working through the local mental health authority working in crisis. I attended University of Houston - Clear Lake and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I graduated from Lamar University with a Master of Education in 2018.

My approach to therapy

I strive to approach therapy with an open mind and use eclectic modalities to approach a wide range of mental health issues.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be welcomed into a warm space upon walking into the office, or met with a friendly face upon logging in to a virtual session. Clients can anticipate to have all of their concerns addressed and process emotions, trauma, or other issues they're facing that make it difficult to function in today's world.
