Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and young adults ages 3–24 as they navigate life's challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, and depression, and I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to heal, grow, and thrive.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client's unique developmental needs and goals. I utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and play therapy, to help clients process difficult experiences, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and build resilience.

In addition to working with children and young adults, I partner with parents and caregivers to strengthen family relationships, improve communication, and provide practical strategies for navigating behavioral and emotional challenges. I believe that supporting the entire family system can create lasting, meaningful change.

My goal is to empower clients and their families with the tools, insight, and confidence needed to overcome obstacles, foster healthy relationships, and achieve lasting emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will complete a comprehensive clinical assessment with both the parent and child. This session is designed to help me gain an understanding of your child's strengths, current concerns, developmental and family history, and any factors that may be affecting their emotional or behavioral well-being. Together, we will identify treatment goals and discuss the therapeutic approaches and treatment modalities that may best support your child's needs. I will also explain what to expect throughout the therapy process, answer any questions you may have, and collaborate with your family to develop a personalized treatment plan.
