Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 17 years experience. I work with adults, adolescents and college students who are not able to see a therapist in an office or simply prefer the convenience of telehealth. I have extensive experience working with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, and adjusting to major life changes. I specialize in working with adolescents and families.

A bit about my approach to therapy

While I utilize a variety of approaches based on what best suits each individual client, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and have experience with meditation, mindfulness, and stress reduction.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to offer you the support and space to explore your experiences and the possibility of change. Through development of a trusting relationship, we will work together to better understand your situation and develop realistic goals. We all have unique thoughts, feelings and patterns and increasing our self-awareness can lead to better use of our skills and recognizing what we may want to improve.
