Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Lindsay, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been working with individuals and families for over 17 years. My work has focused on helping individuals navigate life adjustments, grief, and changes in both physical and mental health. I counsel from a Christian perspective, understanding that God has a role in our healing and helping individuals examine what God has to say about their lives as they navigate their journey.

My approach to therapy

When working with you, my desire is to bring clarity and hope. I seek to first listen well and gain a clear understanding of what brings you to counseling. Together, we will identify patterns of thought, motives, and desires that influence how you respond to life's challenges. We will apply a Christian framework as we work toward clearly identified goals, with practical action steps both during our sessions and throughout your daily life.

What you can expect from me

During our first few sessions together, we will work to identify what specifically brought you to counseling, what you hope to gain from the process, and the goals you would like to work toward. Together, we will develop a plan for our time together that is tailored to your needs and supports your journey toward growth and healing.
