Great to meet you!

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges while trying to keep everything together on the surface. You may be navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, or the emotional impact of chronic illness or physical health challenges. When stress begins affecting your confidence, relationships, and overall well-being, it can be difficult to know where to turn. I work with adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, family stress, women's issues, chronic health conditions, end-of-life concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted from trying to manage everything on their own and are looking for a space where they can feel supported and understood. My goal is to help you gain perspective, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change that aligns with who you are and how you want to live.

My approach to therapy

I believe prioritizing your mental health is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself. My approach is warm, empowering, and individualized because no two people experience life in exactly the same way. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based Therapy, and behavioral approaches to help clients navigate difficult emotions and create sustainable change. Together, we'll explore the experiences and patterns contributing to anxiety, depression, grief, stress, relationship difficulties, or the emotional impact of chronic illness and physical health challenges. I believe therapy should help you better understand yourself while building practical tools that support resilience, confidence, and long-term well-being. My goal is to help you create a life that feels more fulfilling, balanced, and aligned with your values.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and solution-focused environment where you can openly discuss what you're experiencing without fear of judgment. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we'll create a plan that reflects your goals, strengths, and values while building practical tools you can use in everyday life. Whether you're navigating a current challenge, adjusting to life changes, or pursuing personal growth, my hope is that therapy helps you feel more confident, capable, and equipped to thrive. I strive to help clients leave sessions with greater clarity, stronger coping skills, and a renewed sense of hope for the future.
