Great to meet you!

Hello, I am so glad that you are here! I care deeply about the individuals and families that I serve. I believe that everyone deserves to live a full life, and I am passionately committed to assisting each person on their unique mental health journey.I have worked in a variety of settings, including university counseling, community mental health, residential care, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and private practice. Though varied, each of these experiences affirmed my career choice by illustrating the great power that exists when we are given the space to express ourselves fully.

My approach to therapy

It is incredibly important to me that my clients feel safe, understood, and accepted. I believe that a supportive and genuine therapeutic relationship is an essential ingredient to healing. I strive to instill hope, build upon resiliency, and empower individuals to build tools that promote positive functioning. I work with my clients to gain deeper self-awareness in order to better manage stressors, alleviate symptoms, improve relationships, and experience personal growth.
