Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when facing cognitive changes, chronic illness, life transitions, or the need for meaningful lifestyle shifts. As a clinical neuropsychologist, I offer a supportive and collaborative space to help you navigate these challenges. Whether you're struggling with memory concerns, sleep issues, or adjusting to a new lifestyle, I provide holistic guidance tailored to your unique needs. My approach is warm, inclusive, and culturally responsive, ensuring that you feel seen and understood. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, mental strength, and well-being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My specialty is in neuropsychological evaluation. Therefore, my approach starts with gaining a thorough understanding of your needs, strengths, and circumstances. From there, we will work together to identify your goals and a plan to get you to your goals through regular therapy or guidance sessions.

I care about building a strong foundation of trust. When that trust is built, we both will ask the hard questions. Growth comes from discomfort and challenge!

I have experience working with individuals or families with difficulties adapting to a life with chronic illness, making necessary lifestyle changes for their health, etc. I am also trained in providing CBT-I for individuals who struggle with insomnia.

What you can expect from our first session

After a therapy session, I hope that my clients feel heard, have a clear sense of the direction of treatment, and feel empowered to make the necessary changes for greater well-being.
