Great to meet you!

I started Revise after years of working with families of children with complex medical and developmental needs. I believe that caregivers of children with disabilities have one of the most rewarding and difficult jobs. I believe that human connection, a growth mindset, and skill building can hugely impact one's well being.

I look forward to coming along side you to help you walk through life’s sometimes difficult challenges. And I look forward to celebrating the inevitable wins along the way.

My approach to therapy

In working with caregivers of children with complex needs, I use evidenced based therapeutic supports along with parent coaching/education and case management to ensure that you and your child have what you need to succeed.

What you can expect from me

In sessions we will target your specific goals and revisit them often. We will talk through challenging circumstances that came up during the week for you and in your relationship with your child. Each session typically lasts 55 minutes which will leave us time to review the week prior, talk about opportunities for growth, and goal set for the following week. At a minimum, I hope to provide you a space to decompress from your parenting duties and take care of yourself.
