Lou Walleck is a wife, mom of three, and executive director of a nonprofit. She is passionate about helping women of all ages. Lou treats anxiety, depression and a variety of other issues that steal your joy. Online & in person sessions available at our office in Santa Rosa Beach.
After completing my master’s in marriage and family therapy, I became a licensed professional counselor. I've counseled in private practice, mental health hospitals, and nonprofits. I've come to view counseling as a holistic process, taking into consideration emotional, cognitive, physiological, and spiritual factors. I am a Trust-based Relational Intervention Practitioner. TBRI is an attachment-based, trauma-informed model that can help us explore how our own childhood patterns impact our current relationships. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients meet their goals.
