Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in family systems and mental health. With a focus on individual well-being, I have guided a range of clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, LGBTQ concerns, life transitions, and grief/loss. In my therapeutic approach, I believe that each person is unique and comes with their own strengths and skills that can help them live more closely to their ideal sense of self.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a client-centered, nonjudgmental approach, with a focus on assisting individuals in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves. I draw from various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Theory, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to increase insight and facilitate desired changes.

My goals for clients are ones that are created together in our therapeutic alliance so clients can reach their desired outcomes for therapy.
