Great to meet you!

I’ve worked in the mental health field for six years, beginning with individuals navigating substance use and later providing in-home care before focusing on clients who are neurodivergent and individuals experiencing anxiety and depression. I strive to create a therapy space where you can show up as yourself, without judgment or pressure to fit someone else’s expectations. As a mother myself, I have a special understanding of the many transitions that come with raising children.I support parents as they navigate the demands of raising young children, from the toddler years through middle school, while also making space for their own emotions, identity, relationships, and well-being. I also enjoy working with adults who are beginning to understand themselves differently after receiving an ADHD or Autism diagnosis later in life.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring our work to your experiences, strengths, and goals rather than trying to fit you into a predetermined approach. I’m especially passionate about helping parents navigate the emotional and practical challenges that come with raising children, including adjusting to new stages of development, managing the demands of parenting, and finding ways to care for themselves while caring for others. I also work with adults diagnosed with ADHD or Autism later in life who may be trying to make sense of their experiences and understand themselves in a new way. Together, we can work on executive functioning, social interactions, emotional regulation, coping strategies, relationships, and the everyday challenges that can feel harder than they should. Whether you’re navigating neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, substance use, parenting, or another difficult season, I’ll meet you where you are and help you identify a path forward that feels authentic to you.

What you can expect from me

I know that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and sometimes even a little scary. You don’t need to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out before we begin. Our first session is a chance to get to know each other, talk about what brought you to therapy, and begin understanding what you need right now. I’m intentional about creating a welcoming, inclusive environment built on acceptance, mutual respect, and genuine connection. We’ll take things at a pace that feels comfortable while working together toward goals that matter to you. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling understood, respected, and a little more confident about the next step. If you’re ready to begin, I invite you to schedule a session through my profile.
