Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Lindsey! Thanks for stopping by! I've worked alongside children and adults throughout my career using EMDR, play therapy techniques, and an attachment-based approach to heal traumas, anxieties, regulate anger, and work through grief and loss. I've personally benefited from therapy, and my hope is that clients can grow in kindness and compassion for themselves as they move towards wholeness and embody their worth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Together we'll be curious about the direct and indirect messages you've received throughout life and how these impact you in relationships today. I bring a holistic approach as we pay attention to thoughts, feelings, and body sensations. We'll work to build kindness towards yourself so that you can embody your worth wholly and congruently.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that you would grow in kindness and compassion for yourself. We'll explore how patterns and behaviors have served you well thus far, and we'll take a curious approach to see if they are still needed as we work to heal the underlying wounds. By the end of therapy, my hope is that clients are able to connect with themselves in any moment and feel empowered to trust themselves in relationships.
