Great to meet you!

I am passionate about providing a nurturing space where everyone—regardless of age—can feel heard, accepted, and valued for who they truly are. Everyone is different and I believe that my role as a therapist is to help you find your unique path to healing. You're the one driving the car, but I am there to help navigate and provide support. Together we can explore and identify what is and is not working anymore and work towards more effective strategies for attaining your and your family’s goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is unique for each person’s and each family’s needs. Regardless of whether we are talking through a concern together or playing it out with a child, my approach will always be collaborative, person-centered, and affirming.

What you can expect from me

Everyone has a unique way that they approach and cope with life. I am trained in several developmentally sensitive approaches that can create new insights about your or your child's feelings and behaviors. I’ll collaborate with you to create a tailored plan based on you and your family's needs.
