Depression, Maternal Mental Health, Stress, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I am an Oregonian who attended Western Seminary in Portland. I have worked in a variety of settings and have worked mainly in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, maternal mental health, adoption/foster care/attachment, and adult attachment struggles. I work from a Christian world view, but am respectful of all backgrounds and am able to work with a wide variety of clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I bring to the table experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families in a variety of settings, as well as my own life experiences. As a mom, myself, I am able to offer support, insight, and resources to other women navigating the journey of motherhood. In addition, I am equipped to promote healing from trauma through the use of EMDR techniques.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer, humor, support, advocacy, and a genuine connection. I'm here to help clients heal, but healing happens best when we do it together. I want to learn all about you! I will tailor your counseling experience to meet your unique needs and goals.
