Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults who are navigating recovery, anxiety, trauma, and difficult life transitions. My goal is to help you build practical skills for stability, confidence, and long-term emotional wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate but direct approach to therapy. While I provide a supportive space, I also help you challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Therapy with me focuses on helping you make meaningful changes in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting to know you.

We will typically talk about:

• What is currently challenging in your life

• Your history related to recovery, stress, or trauma if relevant

• Your goals for therapy

• What has or has not worked for you in the past

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Many clients begin therapy while still exploring what they want to work on.
