Great to meet you!

Hi. My name is Lindsey. It is an honor to be considered to walk alongside you in your healing journey. Therapy can be intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. I create a space for you to show up exactly as you are- feeling safe, heard, and truly cared for. It would be my greatest joy to be invited into the tender parts of you and I promise to be an unwavering space for you to dive into your heart space and find the healing and support you need. I would love to hear your story.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am here to partner with anyone willing to do the hard work- because that's what therapy is! It's a sacred space to process who we are and who we want to be! I utilize a variety of modalities depending on my clients’ needs but bend towards person-centered, psychodynamic, EMDR, & narrative therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

If you're ready to take the first step towards healing and growth, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation call. Remember, you don't have to face life's challenges alone. I'm here to support you every step of the way.
