Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Lindsey (she/her/hers). I work with individuals processing grief and loss, those grappling with relationship and self-esteem issues, and parents of teens with mental health issues. I graduated from Smith College School of Social Work and completed a post-graduate fellowship at The Menninger Clinic in Houston before moving to Colorado.

A bit about my approach to therapy

What brings me joy is working with individuals to reconnect and nurture loving relationships with themselves and others. I practice therapy from a relational, psychodynamic lens. I am also trained in Mentalization Therapy and CAMS (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality), which I use with individuals as needed.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with individuals to create a safe space within which we can work together to compassionately explore your innermost self. With a deeper understanding and appreciation of your unique adaptations and strengths, clients are empowered to live more intentional, resilient, connected lives.
