I work with clients by offering a Holistic and trauma informed approach specializing in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a treatment that resolves negative images, sensations, behaviors, thoughts, and other symptoms within 1-5 sessions. ART is quick, effective and long lasting with a high success rate for a multitude of mental health issues. ART reaches parts of the brain that are inaccessible through talk therapy. Perhaps talk therapy hasn't worked in the past for you, ART may be a good fit!

I work closely with clients to identify their goals to ensure the sessions are tailored to the outcome they envision for themselves. Typically clients who enter my office in distress, leave feeling calm, relaxed and clear minded. I provide a non judgemental, safe, and calming environment for clients to heal their inner wounds and navigate confidently through life experiences.
