Great to meet you!

I am a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, currently accepting new patients.

My approach to therapy

My approach to mental health care is compassionate, collaborate, and holistic, recognizing that emotional wellbeing is deeply connected to physical health, lifestyle, relationships, and the unique circumstances of each person's life.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a welcoming, judgement free environment where patents feel heard and actively involved in their care. During your first session with me, we will spend time discussing what brought you to obtain care, your current concerns, medical and mental health history, medications, sleep, lifestyle, stressors, relationships, and any physical health factors that may be affecting how you feel. Together we will develop an individualized treatment plan. The goal will be for you to leave your first visit with a better understanding of what may be contributing to your symptoms and a clear plan for moving forward.
