Great to meet you!

I've made it my mission to be a catalyst for positive change in the lives of my clients. Through extensive experience working with trauma, substance use, anxiety, life transitions, and the LGBTQIA+ communities, I've witnessed the power of connection and shared growth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My toolkit encompasses an array of proven methodologies, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and solution-focused therapy. I believe in treating the whole person, not just their challenges. Creating a space of trust and safety is paramount, especially when navigating the depths of our human experience. My approach is compassionate, yet direct.

What you can expect from our first session

Our journey doesn't end with our session. I'm an avid advocate for learning and self-discovery, often suggesting "homework" or activities beyond our sessions. Growth is a collaborative effort, and I'm here to guide, support, and empower you every step of the way.
