Great to meet you!

When life feels overwhelming, it's easy to get caught in a cycle of anxious thoughts, emotional exhaustion, or self doubt that makes it hard to enjoy the things that once brought you joy. Anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, or difficult life experiences can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or constantly waiting for things to get better. You don't have to navigate that journey alone. I partner with individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, and OCD so they can find greater emotional balance, regain confidence in themselves, and build a life that feels calmer, healthier, and more fulfilling. Working with adolescents and adults, I strive to create a supportive, judgment free space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered to make lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Together, we'll explore the experiences, thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns that have shaped your life while identifying strengths you already possess and developing practical strategies that support lasting growth. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, respond to life's challenges with greater confidence, and create meaningful progress that extends well beyond our sessions together. My approach incorporates Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength Based Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Play Therapy because every client deserves care that is individualized, collaborative, and grounded in approaches that fit their unique goals. Together, we can work through PTSD, stress management, family issues, emotional regulation, grief and loss, relationship challenges, panic disorder, life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and OCD, while tailoring every session to your needs, strengths, and personal experiences.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, collaborative relationship where you feel accepted, encouraged, and supported from the very first session. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and genuine curiosity while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and navigate setbacks without judgment. Whether you're healing from trauma, managing anxiety or OCD, working through depression, or strengthening your relationships, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while building practical tools that continue supporting your wellbeing long after therapy ends. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more grounded, more resilient, and more confident in your ability to move forward.
