When life feels overwhelming, it's easy to get caught in a cycle of anxious thoughts, emotional exhaustion, or self doubt that makes it hard to enjoy the things that once brought you joy. Anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, or difficult life experiences can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or constantly waiting for things to get better. You don't have to navigate that journey alone. I partner with individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, and OCD so they can find greater emotional balance, regain confidence in themselves, and build a life that feels calmer, healthier, and more fulfilling. Working with adolescents and adults, I strive to create a supportive, judgment free space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered to make lasting change.
