Great to meet you!

I’m Lindsey, LMHC. I help adults move through life transitions, anxiety, and daily stress with more clarity and direction.

You don’t have to hold it all together here. This is a space to breathe, unpack what’s weighing on you, and find steadier ground.

Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on, uncover unhelpful patterns, and build tools to help you move forward with more ease and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is flexible and centered on what’s most useful for you. We’ll draw from evidence-based tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life—whether that involves slowing down with mindfulness, understanding patterns that keep you stuck, or building new coping skills.

Our work will be active and collaborative. The goal is for you to feel heard and supported while also gaining practical strategies. You’ll reflect, try things out, and leave sessions with tools that help you feel more grounded, capable, and resilient.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to learn about your experiences, patterns, and current priorities. Together, we’ll begin identifying meaningful goals and practical next steps. By the end of the session, my aim is for you to feel a sense of relief, greater clarity, and the reassurance that you don’t have to face everything on your own.
