Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 8 years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of concerns-- from everyday stress and life transitions to severe or persistent mental illness.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in practical tools you can use in your everyday life. I often draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which offers helpful skills for managing emotions, coping with stress, and strengthening relationships. I’m interested in getting to know you as a whole person-your experiences, your strengths, and what matters most to you. While we will explore your past when it is helpful, most of our work together will focus on current challenges so you can feel more confident handling life and emotional/mental challenges with ease.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a nonjudgemental, supportive space where people can feel heard, understood, respected and empowered to make lasting changes at their own pace.
