Great to meet you!
With over 15 years of experience across counseling, educational leadership, and the corporate sector, I bring a uniquely holistic perspective to the counseling relationship. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, a Master's degree in Management & Leadership, and a Master's degree in Counseling & Guidance. I am a Certified Professional School Counselor (CSC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
My varied experiences have shaped a counseling approach grounded in the belief that people do not exist in isolation. Our well-being is influenced by the relationships, environments, responsibilities, and expectations that surround us. I consider the whole person while also recognizing the systems and relationships that can either support or challenge our ability to thrive.
I serve adults, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families-including specialized support for athletes, high-performing individuals and the people who support them. My work recognizes that well-being, personal growth, and performance extend beyond the individual to the relationships and support systems that surround them.
Areas of focus include stress and anxiety, self-esteem and identity, relationship and family concerns, life transitions, performance and achievement pressures, grief and loss, resilience and personal growth. My work with athletes extends beyond performance alone. I understand the unique pressures surrounding competition, achievement, identity, expectations, injury, transitions, and life beyond sport. I also recognize the important role that parents, families, and other members of an athlete's support system play in creating an environment where both performance and well-being can flourish.
