Dr. Lindsey Goldberg

Prior to becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I proudly held the title of a seasoned registered nurse with 15 years of experience. I have always been fascinated with the stories of my patients and their families. I knew that mental health was where I would be able to practice at the top of my abilities. I feel lucky to be part of someone's healing journey. Words, as well as meaningful silence, can be the catharsis that we seek. My goal is to hear and see all of my clients.

I believe in an integrative approach that will create a strong therapeutic foundation. Integrating mental, physical, and spiritual health is how I focus my treatment options. My clients are encouraged to take an active role in their care. My goal is to get each client to show up in life the way they imagined they would. All the while being in their corner to support their growth.

Change does not happen without change. I will work as hard as my clients in their healing journey, sometimes harder, sometimes less, but always a constant.
