Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lindsey, a licensed clinical social worker passionate about helping people navigate life’s transitions with confidence and self-compassion. As a single mom myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to balance caregiving, work, and self-care. I enjoy supporting women and others who want to create more peace, purpose, and stability in their everyday lives. My style is warm, direct, and grounded in real-life strategies to help you feel more centered and capable day-to-day.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and supportive, helping clients identify their strengths and build on what’s already working. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a strengths-based perspective to help you challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and create lasting change. I aim to make each session practical, encouraging, and focused on real progress in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you: what’s working, what’s not, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I take time to understand your story and the strengths you already bring to the table. Together, we’ll begin setting achievable goals and talk about tools that can help you start feeling more grounded and in control of your day-to-day life.
