Great to meet you!

I have over a decade of experience working with adolescents, young adults and adults with a diverse range of presenting concerns. I have my Masters and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver and have practiced in community mental health, non-profit, college counseling and private practice settings. I also have experience providing clinical supervision and training to pre-doctoral, post-doctoral and MA level clinicians.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, open, and curious, and I strive to create a supportive space where we can explore what matters most to you. Together, we’ll tailor therapy to your unique values, goals, and lived experiences—especially in the areas where you feel stuck or uncertain. My approach is rooted in the belief that therapy works best when it reflects your individuality, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, clients can expect to feel supported, understood, and met with genuine curiosity and compassion. I strive to create a collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences more deeply. Through this process, we’ll work toward greater self-understanding and the ability to move toward the goals that are most meaningful to you. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.
