Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m really glad you’re here. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, or even scary, especially if you’ve been carrying a lot on your own. My hope is to offer a space that feels steady, supportive, and nonjudgmental. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what you’re holding, and move forward in a way that feels intentional and supportive of where you are right now.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is attachment-focused and trauma-informed. These perspectives shape how I understand emotional experiences, relationships, and the ways people learn to cope and survive. I believe our patterns make sense in the context of what we’ve lived through, and that change happens best within a safe, attuned, and trusting therapeutic relationship.

Therapy is a space to explore experiences with curiosity and compassion, rather than judgment. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is not about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about understanding yourself more fully and creating room for new ways of relating to yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

When we work together, therapy is collaborative and paced with care, creating space for reflection, exploration, and growth. I believe therapy is a partnership — one where we work together to understand your experiences and support the direction you choose to move in. My role is not to tell you how to live or who to be, but to walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and honesty. Therapy is meant to feel organic, warm, and reflective, rather than rigid or prescriptive. While I offer guidance, insight, and tools when helpful, therapy is a space for discovery.

You don’t need to know exactly who you are or where you’re going — together, we work toward clarity and self-trust over time.
