Great to meet you!

Everyone’s journey is different, shaped by personal experiences and emotions. I aim to create a safe and understanding space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we’ll identify what you need and what you're good at, then build a plan to help you overcome obstacles and live a more fulfilling life. Although, my experience spans through all ages, I have found my passion and purpose in focusing on adolescents and women.

My approach to therapy

As a trauma informed therapist, my approach helps adolescents navigate academic pressures, social dynamics, and personal growth with confidence. Similarly, I am dedicated to empowering women as they face their own unique set of challenges while balancing career & family, managing self-doubt, or overcoming societal pressures.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can share your story and outline what you hope to achieve through therapy. If you can think of something you've done, I've probably done it too! I'm a big encourager of facing barriers in order to become a better version of yourself than you were yesterday. I'm happy to offer a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation to see if we're a good fit. Please reach out - it only gets better from here...
